Established in 2006 as Sharp Realty, PowerHouse Property Partners acquired Sharp Realty in 2012. PowerHouse Property Partners now manages over 80 units in Austin, San Antonio and surrounding areas.

Alex has been acknowledged as a detail-oriented cost cutter and problem-solver through process improvement and goal setting.

Alex’s experience spans the Real Estate, Telecommunications, Construction, and Security industries. Alex specifically has experience in Real Estate Sales, Contracts Management, Facilities Management, Vendor Management, Operations, Right-of-Way and Site Acquisition.
